 Shipping Info

Shipping charges not refundable. Items damaged in transit will have return funds handled via insurance claims with shipping partner. All items are packaged and shipped by hand using collector-approved packaging methods and insured, but on occasion, the shipping partner may damage products even when the highest packaging standards are used.

PCM will ship packages once a week, and does not offer rush or expedited shipping. Addresses outside of the continental United States may incur additional shipping and handling charges, but will always be charged exact calculated shipping prices. Handling prices are determined by the amount of extra forms PCM may need to complete.

We utilize USPS and UPS for domestic shipments to the continental United States. We utilize USPS and UPS for international shipments and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

PCM will always try to use the most secure, cost-effective shipping method.

 Payment Info

At this time PCM is only accepting payments via third party payment processors. PCI compliance is important to us, and we do not wish to receive, collect, or store any payment information from our customers. We feel this protects our customers and PCM from any possibility of purchase-related card or identity theft.

Before choosing a payment method, please review our payment processors' terms and conditions for PCI Compliance.

At this time, we do not accept personal checks, but may in the future choose to accept money orders or cashier's checks.

Payments will not be processed until your order is ready to be shipped. This ensures that any order errors are handled before any money leaves your account.


PCM may offer promotional discounts, such as percentages off, bundle deals, or free or reduced shipping offers. At this time, these discounts will be handled via the refund functionality provided by our payment processors. This means that you may not see your exact order total when checking out if using a promotional discount. The exact total will be communicated to you via email, and once you provide your consent, the payment will be accepted and the refund process initiated. Our current e-commerce solution charges an additional fee for this feature, and to keep our prices low, we feel this is the best way to avoid passing that additional cost on to you, the customer.
