Collectible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened and in the condition shipped/received. Used or opened items are not eligible for refunds on collectible products. See specific return policies for apparel, accessories, and comics below.

Refunds will be for the purchase price only. Shipping charges not refundable. Items damaged in transit will have return funds handled via insurance claims with shipping partner. All items are packaged and shipped by hand using collector-approved packaging methods and insured, but on occasion, the shipping partner may damage products even when the highest packaging standards are used.

Apparel and accessory items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the condition shipped. Worn items, or items with tags removed are not eligible for returns. Items purchased without tags may be returned in the same condition shipped/received. Items may may not be returned for sizing issues. Please review sizing information provided on apparel and accessory items before purchase.

Comics must be returned within 14 days of receipt, bagged, boarded, and unread (the condition they will be shipped). Loose, damaged, or read comics are not eligible for returns.
